Delivery Times ...

 

We aim to deliver within two days receipt of all orders made before 16:00 GMT for mainland Britain, however, there may be circumstances beyond our control which could cause delays and in such circumstances we will endeavor to contact you via email or telephone as soon as possible.

All products on sale at lastfootwear.com will have been displayed instore and may have slight shop wear, e.g. Marking on soles.  If you are concerned about the condition of the goods please call Last on 01273 777141 prior to ordering.

 

U.K. Mainland orders

 

All U.K. Mainland orders placed on lastfootwear.com will have 10 days to return any items which are no longer wanted, faulty, and show no visible signs of being worn etc. for a full refund (this is six to eight days from receipt of goods, not from ordering). U.K. Mainland customers will have 14 days to receive a credit note or exchange. If Last receive any returns after 14 days, Last will have no alternative but to send your items back to you, as no returns will be accepted after the 14 days have expired.

How to return your item

 

Pack your merchandise in the original packaging.

Complete the Return and Exchange Policy form included in your shipment. Please write your order number on the form, along with the reason for your return.

Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice.

Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

 

Exchanging Your Item

 

Please e-mail info@lastfootwear.com to arrange for an exchange. We will process your return and place an exchange order on hold in your name.

We will notify you via e-mail once your return is processed. This can take up to 30 days. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction and credit your account. Please allow 30 days for us to credit your card.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact info@lastfootwear.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Last Warranties

 

Last is unable to provide any warranties in relation to the goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.

 

Last Limited Liability

 

Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury Last liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. Last shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses even if Last has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.

 

Availability of the Website and Goods

 

We will do our very best to ensure that the website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However we cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available.
